Conference booth registration is not refundable.

Conference Meals

Catered conference meals are not included in this registration. Meals may be ordered separately for Friday dinner, Saturday lunch, and Saturday dinner. Meals will be available for purchase soon!

Showcase Artist Booth Policy

Showcase artists are required to have representation in the Resource Room (booth registration). Showcase artists may purchase their own booth or they may be represented by their agent's booth.

Showcase / 5-minute pitch

Showcasing artists are required to have booth representation in the Resource Room. Artists may register for a booth or they may have their agent registered for a booth.

The October 2023 Annual Showcase and Conference will have a 5-minute pitch session open to non-showcasing artists and agents. This will take place in one of the conference rooms and there will be no tech and no piano. Spots are limited and sign-ups are accepted on a first come first serve basis.
