Workshops and Opportunities
Presenter Roll-Call
Friday, 4:30PM
Shortly after our kick-off reception, each attending nonprofit organization will have their moment in the spotlight for introductions! This conference is a unique chance for our presenting representatives to gather in person AND our network is growing with new members who may not know everyone. Come and see who’s here and be ready to introduce your organization and share about your community and audience.

Artist Meetings
Friday, 5:00PM (Lower Level Green Room) & Saturday, 7:30PM (Convention Center)
Artists and agents: please plan to attend! These meetings are scheduled on Friday and Saturday because we know many of you need to depart by early Sunday morning. We also put a break in the tech schedule for the Friday meeting. Members of the MPAC board will welcome you at the orientation on Friday. On Saturday night, you’ll vote for an Artist Representative and discuss feedback to relay to the MPAC board and staff.

Room Info: The Lower Level Green Room is in the basement below the stage of the Mansfield Theater. Stairs access available from backstage wings.
