Tiered Pricing

Presenter conference registration has tiered fees based the organization's total artistic fees paid in the previous season. There are special registration rates for new conference attendees and unaffiliated members.

TIER 1:

Total artist fees: below $5,000

$210 Early-bird registration (ends August 15)

$235 Regular registration

TIER 2

Total artist fees: $5,000 - $10,000

$245 Early-bird registration (ends August 15)

$270 Regular registration

TIER 3

Total artist fees: $10,000 - $30,000

$260 Early-bird registration (ends August 15)

$285 Regular registration

TIER 4

Total artist fees: above $30,000

$305 Early-bird registration (ends August 15)

$330 Regular registration

New Presenter Registration

This option is for any organization that has never attended MPAC's Annual Showcase & Conference (flat conference registration fee regardless of tier level).

Unaffiliated Registration

Individuals who are not part of a presenting organization, artist management firm, artist group, or other arts agency may attend the MPAC conference by purchasing an Unaffiliated individual registration. This typically pertains to school administrators or individuals from communities that do not have a presenting organization.

Additional Attendee

Presenter Registration includes ONE attendee's conference registration.

Additional attendees may register for a reduced rate. Purchase additional attendee registration separately after registering your organization.

Refund Policy

Conference booth registration is not refundable.

Conference Meals

Catered conference meals are not included in this registration. Meals may be ordered separately for Friday dinner, Saturday lunch, and Saturday dinner. Meals will be available for purchase soon!
