Community & Educational Outreach
Aurora String Quartet is passionate about sharing music beyond the stage. We offer interactive outreach programs for schools, libraries, assisted living facilities, and community centers that introduce audiences to string instruments, musical storytelling, and the art of collaboration. Our educational sessions can be tailored by age group and can include live performance, instrument demos, Q&A, and hands-on activities. With advanced notice, we'd be happy to bring fractional size string instruments for young children to try. We aim to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of music in learners of all backgrounds.
Is an outreach performance included in your mainstage performance fee?
Yes, one outreach performance is included in each mainstage performance fee. We would gladly complete additional outreach activities at the additional, negotiable cost of $400 per activity.
