What comes with my conference registration?

registration and conference badges for all agency employees and/or artists represented.

For example, XYZ Theater Group has 4 total individuals in the company. XYZ Theater Group will only need to register once as an artist. This will cover all individuals above.

​For example, XYZ Agency has 2 employees attending and will represent 1 showcasing artist group. XYZ Agency will only need to register once as an artist agency. This will cover all individuals above.

The sound engineer has been provided with your tech riders and schedule information. He will reach out to you to ask questions or touch base as we get closer to the conference date.
Load-in
Resource Room / Exhibit Hall
The easiest entrance to use is accessible from the south side of the building (by Whittier Park on the map). The exhibit hall is on the ground level.

You can begin setting up your booth at 3pm on Friday. Resource Room strike/teardown must be completed by 6:45pm on Saturday.​

WI-FI
​Yes! There will be wi-fi in the Civic Center.
Mansfield Theater
You can enter the back-stage area of the theater from the south side of the building through "door D." There are a few stairs leading up to this entrance.
​
If you need a ramp, there is one on the north side of the theater, adjacent to the unload zone on Park Dr. You will need to go through the theater lobby and turn right at the south hallway.

We will use the bio on the Showcase Line-up page. This content is from your showcase application. Please send any corrections or updates to info@mtperformingarts.org as soon as possible!
Please keep your bio to 140 words or less.
When sending bio corrections, please send the entire bio to ensure accuracy.

Do you send out an attendee list?
Yes! The attendee list will be sent by email to those who have registered for the conference.
In order to be on the list and receive the list, you must register!
