Block-Booking Meeting (2 available)- $300

These meetings take place on Saturday night and Sunday morning. They are open only to presenter attendees and are integral to planning future seasons and performances. The block-booking report developed in the meeting is shared with all conference attendees. The three showcases are the main events of the entire conference. Every performing artist has 12 minutes to show what they have to offer to the audiences. Artists are selected through a juried process so each act is impressive. The showcases are open to the public and will draw a local audience! In addition to benefits listed above, sponsors have the opportunity to display branded signage in the lobby of the Mansfield Theater (costs incurred are the responsibility of the sponsor).
