For upcoming seasons (beyond 2026), April and September are most viable given our recent scheduling, but we are open to touring during any season and will give consideration to all proposals.
Community & Educational Outreach
Our genre of music has cross-generational appeal, but it resonates especially deeply with older generations. As an outreach effort, we offer discounted or at-cost performances to communities such as retired and/or disabled seniors, veterans' homes, veterans' centers and assisted living facilities. Costs associated with such performances typically consist of sound reinforcement needs (e.g.. acquiring a PA, transporting equipment to the performance location).
Is an outreach performance included in your mainstage performance fee?
We're happy to perform one shorter outreach engagement at cost to cover any needed equipment transportation and sound reinforcement (for example having a PA available at the outreach site).

Promotion Publicity
We will promote our shows on social media and will run targeted ads on Facebook and Instagram. We are happy to assist presenters and arts organizations in their marketing efforts by providing press materials and coordinating our social media efforts and making media appearances when possible and as appropriate.
