Things to Know

Conference registration is open to MPAC members only. MPAC member dues are paid separate from conference registration. If you need to start your membership, click here.

Conference registration fees are not refundable.

All conference attendees/participants must adhere to the policies in MPAC's Conference Attendee Agreement.

Conference registration does not include conference meals. Conference meals may be purchased separately or added to registration.

Registration Fees

Presenter Registration

Tier 1-5 Presenters

$200 Organization Registration

Early-bird discount: save $20 when you register by August 15

1 per organization
Includes ONE attendee (organization's main contact)

$70 Additional Registrants for Tier 1-5 Presenters

Early-bird discount: save $15 on Additional Registrants when you register by August 15

1 per each additional attendee

Emerging Presenters

$30 Emerging Arts Organization Registration

1 per organization/entity
Includes ONE attendee (organization's main contact)

$10 Additional Registrants for Emerging Presenters

1 per each additional attendee

Artist Registration

$170 Artist/Artist Group Registration

Early-bird discount: save $20 when you register by August 15

1 per artist or artist group
This registration package includes a booth in the Resource Room (Exhibit Hall). Booth's include one 8' table, 2 chairs, and access to an electrical outlet.

Multiple attendees in your group?

Artist agencies and self-represented artis groups do not need to pay registration fees each individual being represented. However, all names of attendees must be submitted for conference badge printing. Artist and agent conference registration comes with:

one (1) booth in the Resource Room (exhibit hall)
registration and conference badges for all agency employees and/or artists represented.
- For example, XYZ Theater Group has 4 total individuals in the company. XYZ Theater Group will only need to register once as an artist. This will cover all individuals above.

Artist Agency Registration

$170 Artist Agency Registration

Conference meals may be purchased separately from registration.
Advanced purchase required. Please purchase conference meals no later than October 5, 2026
