Showcase Description
Drawing on nomadic heritage, this showcase invites audiences into the "Nomadic Nebula (NN)." Our self-contained 5-piece ensemble performs in striking, handmade attire, delivering a 12-minute medley of avant-garde soul-world-pop featuring strings, keys, drums, MPC, and electronic samples. This tour-ready production includes a technical plan with pre-mapped digital projections and illustrated lyric books to maximize engagement. The experience is defined by HeZza’s 5-octave vocal prowess, polyglot storytelling, and NN songs. Based on high-impact festival slots and residencies, our 2026/2027 set debuts an elevated production with choreography developed in a summer residency, optimized technically for quick execution and site-specific adaptation. This interactive experience transforms any stage into a portal celebrating the journey of finding love and family through self-reflection and wild imagination. As KEXP notes: "A startlingly original slate of avant-futurist soul."
