Community & Educational Outreach
Three different outreach opportunities are available. A traditional mini-concert (show selections + Q&A) gives student audiences access into the incredible body of work known as "soul music," with historical context adding to the proceedings.
Cece also offers a specialized outreach for local choirs of all ages. Performers are sent preparatory materials for Aretha Franklin's rendition of "Bridge Over Troubled Water," and the regional ensemble joins her onstage for a rousing performance.
Finally, Ms. Teneal is dedicated to empowering individuals through her impactful clinics and workshops. Her signature program, “Bloom”, is designed to inspire and uplift, tailored specifically for girls aged 12-18 or women overcoming life’s challenges.
