Arts support and advocacy: new resources

Do you spend every other day doing a quick internet search on "DOGE and NEA"? Well...we are in the same boat. MPAC doesn't have a crystal ball to predict the future of the NEA or other programs that our sector depends on, but we have come across some useful articles and share them here. Stay well and keep advocating for arts for everyone...and check out arts advocacy tools in our previous blog!


Creative West
Take action to support the arts:

Creative West's Action Center provides an easy-to-use platform for contacting your legislators about support for the arts. Signing up will connect you with your specific legislator based on your location. Current action items are:

  • Ask Your Attorney General to Join Arts-Related Lawsuits Challenging the Administration

  • Write and Call Your Legislators: Protect Federal Arts and Culture Funding

  • Ask Your Legislator to Co-Sponsor PATPA (Performing Arts Parity Act) Today!
